- Show Home Design: Working from a detailed brief we are able to provide a show home or view home aimed at satisfying the purchasing criteria. The proposed design will be presented along with costing's and upon acceptance, our team will work together to ensure that the scheme us delivered on time and within budget. The end result being a stunning interior that incorporates all of the elements needed to create a "wow factor" that will inspire potential buyers.
- Complete Interior Design Service: This service comprises of an initial consultation with one of our designers at the property to gain a clear understanding of your requirements and lifestyle needs. Following this, we will provide a design presentation and upon acceptance our team of dedicated tradesmen and designers will fit, manage and install the project to completion.
- Refurbishment: This service involves complete or part modernisation of your property. This is achieved with our in-house electricians, carpenters, plumbers, decorators, plasterers and builders who are able to undertake any size or refurbishment project you may have in mind.
- Contract Furnishing: This specialised service provides contract furniture, soft furnishings, wall and floor coverings and lighting which meet the British standard requirements within the commercial industry including hotels, nursing homes, colleges and office environments. We ensure that each project is both fit for purpose and managed to a high standard whilst incorporating a certain element of design to create appealing and stylish environments.
- Consultancy: Consisting of an "advice only" service for those not requiring a full design and installation. Areas that may be covered include colour schemes, wall and floor coverings, window treatments and furniture. This is charged at an hourly rate.
- House Packs: With increasingly more private investors looking to let properties, we are able to offer a series of House Packs which allow your tenants to simply move straight in, thereby achieving optimum rental income. There are three levels available.
- Simple Solutions for Selling Your House: In today's market selling your property has never been more of a challenge, therefore it is even more important to make your property stand out from the crowd. We understand that this is not always as easy as it sounds, especially as "living in a property" and "making it desirable for resale" maybe miles apart. However, we are able to offer a service where we visit your property and either make suggestions on a consultancy basis or undertake the project to achieve that all important sale.
