Meet the Team
Abbey Emmerson
Head of Design & Principal Director
Abbey founded Trend Designs in 2002 & has since grown the company into the highly respected Interior Design practice that it is today.
Abbey studied at Winchester School of Art where she went on to gain a BA honours degree in Art & design & from here began her career working for various interior design companies in & around the UK, working on a multitude of high end residential interiors for developers & private clients based in the UK & internationally, as well as the design and specifications for luxurious palaces & hotels in the Far East.
Abbey’s creativity, motivation, dedication & hard work is what she
prides her success on & enjoys the freedom that having her own
design practice gives her, not only because she gets to meet
new clients but enjoys the variety of projects she has had the
pleasure of working on.
Abbey is also a highly regarded member of the British Institute of
Interior Design (BIID),
Hayley Sutherland
Head of Marketing
Hayley joined Trend Designs in 2012, & with her brings a wealth of knowledge & devotion to the company.
Hayley’s background has been primarily within the Hospitality & Leisure sector, accumulating some 21 years experience negotiating large contracts for UK & overseas business & domestic clients.
Hayley is devoted & dedicated to every project & challenge that she undertakes & her friendly & professional attitude has most certainly been the secret of her highly successful & long career.
Hayley heads up the marketing team within Trend Designs & is also involved in the sourcing & buying of new products for Trend Designs at Home, our online Interiors Store.
